Shipping Time
We strive to ship out orders as quickly as possible, but please allow 2-3 business
days for order processing. This will give us enough time to carefully pack your
order as well as verify your shipping address.
US Shipping
​​Orders within the United States ship for a flat fee of $5.99 for First Class USPS shipping. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping via UPS or USPS, within the United States only.​​
International Shipping
International orders are welcome. The actual shipping cost for International orders will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of products ordered.
Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world.
We are excited to announce thresholds for customers outside the US to receive free shipping on your order. Please see the thresholds below.
Canada Free Shipping for orders over 85 USD
UK Free Shipping for orders over 120 USD
EU Free Shipping for orders over 200 USD
Australia Free Shipping for orders over 200 USD.

While these thresholds are higher than we had hoped, it was the best we can do with rising shipping rates. We hope that by having these thresholds available it will lead to cost savings for customers outside the US by bundling orders with friends who may also be interested in Cobalt Keep products.
